2018 Family Mission Pricing, Accommodations, and Cancellations

Jewish Nevada’s Family Mission to Israel is an eight-day experience filled with diverse activities to satisfy everyone in the family. From our first dinner in Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and a visit with our partner community in Ramat HaNegev, you and your family will have a fantastic time learning and traveling around Israel together.

*Please note that only travelers ages 6 and up are allowed to participate in the Family Mission, and must be accompanied by an adult family member (parent, grandparent, aunt/uncle, etc.).

Land Only Pricing

Cost of 2 Adults:

• +1 child aged 2-12 in one triple room: USD 3,123 x 3 less one child reduction of USD 1,010 = USD 8,359
• +1 child aged 13 and over in one triple room: USD 3,123 x 3 less one adult reduction of USD 660 = USD 8,709
• +2 children regardless of age in two double rooms: USD 3,123 x 4 = USD 12,492
• +3 children, one of whom is 12 or under, in one double and one triple room: USD 14,605
• +3 children, all of them 13 or older, in one double and one triple room: USD 14,955

Cost of 1 Adult:

• +1 child  in one double room: USD 3,123 x 2 = USD 6,246
• + 2 children, one of whom is 12 or under in one triple room: USD 8,359
• +2 children, both aged 13 or over, in one triple room: USD 8,709
• +3 children, regardless of age, in two double rooms: USD 12,492

Pricing listed above is based on a land only package. Upon registration, you will have the option to choose from a different room type based on the size of your family and preferences. Limited room upgrades are available upon request for an additional fee.

Children must be 17 years of age or younger in triple rooms.

Accommodations:

June 10-12, Dan Panorama in Tel Aviv

June 12-14, Kibbutz Hagoshrim Guest House in the Galilee

June 14-18, Inbal in Jerusalem

Payment Schedule:

A $500 per person deposit is due upon registration.

50% of the outstanding balance is due by February 15, 2018.

Full payment is due April 4, 2018.

Included:

Land prices are based on standard rooms. Any room upgrades will incur an additional charge and are based on availability. Mission price includes:

• 8 nights hotel accommodation in the above-mentioned hotels including full Israeli breakfast

• 8 days of touring with an English speaking Government Israeli licensed guide in an air-conditioned bus with WIFI

• 5 dinners

• 4 lunches

• Water on the bus

• Entrance fees and speakers fees as per program

• 1 onsite coordinator (aka 'hostess') throughout

• Group departure transfer from hotel to Ben Gurion Airport with guide and driver

• JFNA limited insurance 

Not Included:

Any meals not mentioned above; any alcohol or wine with meals (unless provided); airport transfers upon arrival or if not departing on group end of mission transfer; early check-in, if you arrive before the trip; any passport charges; excess baggage charges; any items of a personal nature (laundry, cell or telephone, internet, etc.); anything not mentioned above.

Cancellations:

There will be a cancellation fee of $1,000 per person after April 4, 2018. No refunds will be made after May 3, 2018.

Travel Insurance:

All participants on the family mission are covered for basic medical insurance while in Israel through the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA). There is no trip cancellation insurance covered by JFNA or Jewish Nevada.

NOTE: JFNA/JEWISH NEVADA highly recommends that all mission participants review their own personal insurance coverage needs with their insurance advisors to determine if additional travel insurance is required. This would cover items such as reimbursement for trip delay, missed connections, sickness, and/or accident medical expenses, lost baggage, personal effects, baggage delay, etc.
